Use cases

• Used Claude Cowork to convert 553 .fit files from COROS into a spreadsheet and analyze them with Gemini (which has a record of my recent fitness workouts)
• Used Claude to build a 12-week fitness program (as a HTML page), analyze and tweak my workouts daily, and rate my food intake
• Used Google Antigravity to write down new Japanese words I learned. It suggests the English translation and sometimes teach me about different usage of words (unlimited autocomplete for the win!)
